What insurance providers are you in network with?

Majority of Commercial Plans for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Health Care. Please check with your insurance provider to review your benefits as you will be responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance provider.

Do you see clients that are out of network?

Absolutely! If we don't take your insurance but you want to still work with us, there are ways to make that happen. Most insurance plans have what is called Out of Network benefits (OON). It depends on the type of insurance you have (typically PPO plans have this option available). What this means is that you would pay me directly and I would provide you with an invoice after each session. This invoice is then sent to your insurance company who reimburses you a percentage. The percentages are often very high (i.e.- 80%).

We are happy to explain this process and help in any way we can. This option allows you to have full choice in who your therapist is while also using your insurance to help pay for the cost of therapy. If you want to find out more please contact me directly for more information.

Do you have someone that does the out of network billing?

Yes! I have an assistant that is experienced and able to assist with ensuring your insurance company receives everything they need in a timely manner so you can get reimbursed for the counseling services.

I don’t have insurance, can I still work with you?

Of course! I offer sliding scale adjustments depending on your financial situation.

What are your fees?

I believe in being transparent so I have my rates posted online. The rates listed are the most current. The following types of payment are accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit, Check & Flex Spending accounts
